ESG Communications joins forces with FLAG

(01/04/22 London), ESG Communications, an award-winning responsible investment and sustainability communications consultancy based in London today announced its acquisition by Flag Communication – a leading sustainability strategy, reporting and communications agency.

ESG Communications will operate independently within Flag’s Group, continuing to deliver it’s highly-praised media and content services to its clients.

Founded by Elliot Frankal, former Head of Communications at the UN PRI, ESG Communications helps investors and businesses tell their ESG story, launch global media campaigns, produce eye-catching printed reports, re-brand and drive positive environmental and social change.

This is Flag Communication’s first acquisition since the investment from Vespa Capital in January 2022.  In acquiring ESG Communications, Flag is enhancing and extending its sustainability capabilities and further strengthening its offering in media relations and investor impact reports especially serving the investment, financial services and NGO sectors.
